It drafts your content with AI and, if you choose an expert review, puts a professional editor through it. The draft is the fast part; the edit is what makes it publishable - tightening the argument, fixing the voice, checking the claims and removing the tells that make writing read as machine-made.
Credits are prepaid and do not expire. At the base rate 1 credit costs €1 (the Starter bundle is 50 credits for €50); larger bundles cost less per credit. Prices in other currencies are converted from the euro price. The AI draft of a piece costs a range of credits set by its type, length and complexity, and the estimate shows the exact figure before you confirm: a social media post 10-35 credits, a product description 15-45 credits, ad copy 20-55 credits, an email campaign 25-65 credits, a blog post 35-85 credits and a landing page 45-95 credits. An expert (human editor) review is optional and costs a fixed number of credits on top, for example 25 for a blog post.
Bundles run from 50 to 1,450 credits, and the larger ones cost a little less per credit (there are no bonus credits). You can also top up a custom amount from €1 to €20,000, or its equivalent in the currency you pick at the day's rate, or buy the smallest bundle to try the product; nothing renews on its own and there is no subscription to cancel.
The AI draft is ready in minutes. The human edit takes longer, and how long depends on the length of the piece and how busy the editors are. We do not promise a fixed delivery time.
Professional editors who work on the platform, if you choose an expert review. You pick the editor for the piece and they work from your brief, so you do not have to brief them separately; their work comes back inside your dashboard. Without an expert review you get the AI draft only.
Tell us. If an expert review did not follow your brief, we review the case and restore its credits to your balance where the review was not provided. Money refunds follow the refund policy: unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Nothing in our terms removes the statutory rights of a consumer in the UK or the EU.
Yes. The finished piece is yours to publish, edit further, or hand to a client. We do not resell it and we do not publish it anywhere ourselves.
