If CopyRefine is not right for you, you can get your money back for credits you have not spent, under the one rule below.
Our Refund Rule
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits you have already spent are not refunded. This is the one refund rule for every credit bundle and custom amount, and for every customer.
Your Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of buying credits, without giving a reason. Unspent credits are refunded in full to the payment method you used. There is one exception, and it is worth understanding before you start: credits are digital content supplied immediately. When you spend a credit you are asking us to begin supplying that content straight away, and you accept that doing so ends your right of withdrawal for the credits you have spent. Credits you have not spent keep the right until the 14 days are up. To withdraw, write to us at info@copyrefine.pro within 14 days of purchase; we will refund the unspent balance within 14 days of receiving that request. This right and the refund rule above say the same thing: unused credits, within 14 days of purchase.

Charged-Back or Fraudulent Payments
A payment you have disputed with your bank, or one made fraudulently, is not refunded again by us.
Spent Credits
Credits you have already spent on content are not refunded.

Special Refund Situations
Credit Purchases: Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Spent credits are not refunded.
Service Issues: If a technical fault on our side stops a generation, the project goes back to its brief and you can generate it again at no extra charge, or delete it and get every credit it was charged back on your balance.
Human Editor Services: For copywriting jobs assigned to human editors, refunds depend on the stage of completion: the expert review credits come back in full until the editor accepts the job, are not returned automatically once work has started, and are not refunded after delivery. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note:
- Card refunds (Visa/Mastercard) go back to the card you paid with
- How long they take to show depends on your bank
The exact timing depends on your financial institution's processing schedule.
