CopyRefine Copywriter Agreement

By joining CopyRefine's network, you commit to:

• Delivering original, plagiarism-free content that meets brief requirements
• Maintaining our quality standards: clear, engaging, error-free copy
• Meeting all agreed deadlines - communication is key if issues arise
• Following brand voice guidelines provided for each project
• Being available for reasonable revision requests
• Responding to messages within 24 hours during business days

CopyRefine reserves the right to end the partnership if quality or reliability standards are not met.

Contractor Status

You provide services to CopyRefine as an independent contractor, not as an employee, agent, or partner of CODEGENIX LTD. You are responsible for your own statutory registrations, insurance and contributions in your jurisdiction.

Payment Terms

You are paid for completed projects that a client has approved, using your chosen payout method selected in your payout settings. The copywriter rate for each project is shown to you before you accept it; CopyRefine retains the remaining portion of the client's payment as its service fee. Payouts are made by bank transfer to the account in your payout settings, less any fees charged by the bank. CopyRefine does not pay for work that is withdrawn, rejected for failing to meet the brief, or never submitted.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of the content you deliver for a project transfers to CopyRefine (and, through it, the client) once that project is approved and paid for. Until payment is made, you retain ownership. You confirm that the content you submit is your own original work and does not infringe any third party's rights.

Unspent Balance on Termination

If your partnership with CopyRefine ends, for any reason, any balance already earned for approved, completed work will still be paid out on the normal payout schedule. Ending the partnership does not forfeit money you have already earned, but no further projects will be assigned to you.

Confidentiality Policy

You agree to keep confidential:

• All client information, strategies, and business details
• Unpublished content and marketing materials
• CopyRefine's internal processes and pricing structures
• Any proprietary frameworks or templates shared with you
• Communication between clients, CopyRefine, and yourself

This confidentiality obligation continues even after you stop working with CopyRefine.
