CopyRefine is operated by CODEGENIX LTD (Company Number 16808123), Academy House 11 Dunraven Place, Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan, United Kingdom, CF31 1JF ("we", "us"). By accessing and using CopyRefine, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or use CopyRefine. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You may use CopyRefine for yourself or for a company or other organisation. When you use it for an organisation, that organisation is the customer under these Terms and is responsible for the account and everything bought through it, and you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. Rights that the law gives only to consumers, such as the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, apply to an individual buying for personal use and not to an organisation buying for its business. Everything our policies promise, including the refund of unused credits, applies to every customer alike. We do not accept new sign-ups from Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba: we refuse sign-ups from IP addresses and email domains in these countries (including major Russian and Belarusian email providers), do not accept payments with a billing country among them, and do not accept editors based in them. Existing customers keep access to their account and balance.

Permission is granted to use CopyRefine for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose without the credits the service charges for it, or attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on CopyRefine.

CopyRefine provides AI-powered content generation, with optional review by a human copywriter/editor that you choose and pay for per piece. You receive the result on that project's page in your dashboard, where the AI draft appears once it is generated and where you can read and edit it; an expert review, if you booked one, is returned to the same project page. The content itself is not sent by email. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including generating content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent.

You retain all rights to the content you create using CopyRefine. By using our service, you grant us a license to process and store your content for the purpose of providing our services. Generated content is provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing it before publishing or relying on it.

Credits are purchased outright, as a one-time payment for the bundle or custom amount you choose; there is no subscription and no recurring billing. At the base rate 1 credit costs €1 (the Starter bundle is 50 credits for €50); larger bundles cost less per credit. Prices in other currencies are converted from the euro price. Credits do not expire. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits you have already spent are not refunded. Our Payment Policy and Refund Policy set out how to request a refund. Price changes never affect credits you have already bought. CopyRefine supports payments in multiple currencies including EUR, USD, SAR, MAD, CAD, LKR, AZN, KZT, CLP, JPY, TRY, and PGK. All prices are set in EUR and converted to your selected currency at the day's exchange rates from a public exchange-rate service, refreshed once every 24 hours; if the rate service is unavailable we keep using the last rates we received. A custom top-up can be any amount from €1 to €20,000, or its equivalent in the currency you pick at the day's rate, with the maximum rounded down to a round figure and never above €20,000, and every accepted amount buys at least one credit.

CopyRefine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the service or a payment is charged back. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting an account deletes its credit balance, so ask for a refund of unused credits first; unused credits bought in the last 14 days stay refundable when we close an account, except for payments that were charged back or fraudulent.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to first contact us at info@copyrefine.pro so we can try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in and may bring proceedings there.
